We send a weekly digest to over 400K members each week, providing a list of the most popular products on the site as voted by community members. It's one of our **primary points of interaction with our users**, so finding an excellent email partner was essential to do it right.

When we switched to Resend, we rebuilt our templates using [React Email](https://react.email). It has been a **game changer** to unlock an awesome developer experience managing dozens of email templates. We transitioned from using janky templates with MJML that were published to SendGrid, to **fully typesafe templates in our codebase**.

Resend simply has **the best customer service I have ever experienced** with any product. Their responses are really fast, and many of our product **requests were implemented within hours**.

Using Resend for a **newsletter in 2023 is a no-brainer**; not even mentioning the cost savings compared to SendGrid.

It is the **easiest email service to use** with amazing customer support but without bloated pricing.
