**Email is our primary channel** of communication with customers. We specialize in building, deploying, and running data pipelines requiring reliable customer communication.

Despite alternatives, email remains the **best async communication channel** for us. Email also provides a unique identifier for how our customers authenticate with internet services, so they trust email for key product interactions.

Resend powers our **transactional emails** such as payments, trial alert emails, password resets, and more. We also use Resend to send important **marketing emails**. The setup was straightforward and easy. We went straight into production with Resend and sent emails with API calls in a few minutes.
