At Liveblocks, we care deeply about our branding and maintainability. Email is important to us since it is the way we notify our customers when they approach their plan's limits. To us, **deliverability is crucial to avoid any bad surprises** for our customers and could lead to a potential upsell.

We decided to give Resend a shot because our designers were having a hard time maintaining email templates with SendGrid.

When it came time to set up, **everything went smoothly**. We created branded components using [React Email](https://react.email) and Tailwind, built a few templates, and then effortlessly sent emails into our dev environment. Shortly after, we started sending emails into production. We loved the experience so much that **we’re in the process of fully migrating off of the other email provider we were using**.

We were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t need to reach out to the team for help - the API and documentation were so straightforward that we didn't encounter any issues. For the instances that we did reach out, the team was **highly responsive**, even if it was regarding email deliverability unrelated to Resend.

Resend is **the way** to send emails in 2024.
