I run [33 startups solo](https://marclou.com), and almost every one of them runs on email. From 4-digit one-time codes for user auth, to onboarding flows on [datafa.st](https://datafa.st), to alerting buyers on [trustmrr.com](https://trustmrr.com) the moment a new listing goes live.

What I love about Resend is **how fast it gets out of my way**. The dashboard is genuinely friendly, and I can spin up all the email infrastructure for a new product in about 5 minutes. When you're **shipping as many products as I do**, that compounding **time savings is everything**.

More recently, I started using the **receiving feature to handle customer support**. Replies to welcome emails come straight back to me without bolting on a separate support tool. It's quietly become one of my favorite parts of the workflow.

Across all of these products, **I've never had a single issue**. It just works.

Resend is the **email backbone of my SaaS**.
