As a developer, I live in the terminal. I needed a simple way to send emails without having to switch contexts. There were a few options available but I wanted something dead simple, with markdown support, a TUI, CLI, and the ability to attach files. Nothing like that existed, so **[I built Pop](https://github.com/charmbracelet/pop)**!

When it came to integrating an email solution into Pop, two things were critical. First, to build an excellent user experience I'd need to spend my time on the product rather than wrestling with SMTP configurations. Second, our users deserved a straightforward, no-fuss setup process, something **hard to find with email API's.**

This is where Resend entered the picture. We realized quickly that it checked all the boxes: **[Go SDK](https://github.com/resend/resend-go-example)** that fit right into our stack, **[incredible documentation](https://resend.com/docs/send-with-go)** for setting up and debugging, and a **low-friction integration** process.

Resend made it possible for us to ship Pop quickly and with a **premium developer experience** across the board, all thanks to its focus on simplicity.

Resend is simply **the best email provider out there**.
