For Better Auth, email is a **core part of the authentication flow**. Magic links, password resets, OTPs, and account verifications all rely on email.

We first started using Resend with our initial waitlist confirmation flow. The experience was so seamless that we started integrating Resend into our official demos and internal products until it became **our default choice for email**.

Today, we use Resend for important internal and external communications like infrastructure invites, marketing broadcasts, and investor updates.

Ultimately, Better Auth serves our community not only by communicating well, but also by providing examples, templates, and flows that guide users through the process of integrating email into their own authentication flows.

On the rare occasion we run into problems, **support has been excellent**, from the CEO personally joining a call to help with brainstorming some complicated implementation ideas, to the team opening a Slack channel with us for quick responses, clear guidance, and a genuine willingness to help.
